Membership investment is based on the number of employees at a company's facility and is payable annually on an anniversary basis.
Annual Investment Schedule Per Location:

New members will be charged a one-time $50.00 administrative fee.

Civic: $250.00
Includes service clubs & churches.
Utility Companies: $1,000.00
95% of membership dues are tax-deductible as a business expense and 5% of dues are nondeductible as a business expense as they are used for legislative lobbying.
